Investors can now become
owners of vast tracts of overseas fully managed farmland, earning guaranteed high returns, with the land being
re-purchased in 5 or 10 years, as the investor chooses. The investor purchases the land at a one third discount
of its value, whilst accepting simultaneously the offer to re-purchase the land by means of annual payments and
one large final payment. In addition, as the land is leased back to the management company, investors avoid the
headache of any involvement in the complex legal and operational responsibilities of such
ownership.
The investment can be
customised to the investors’ needs. The investor may choose to decline the offer of re-purchase, or decline the
offer of lease-back and farm the land himself, or sell it back to us at the end of 10 years at a previously
agreed percentage of its then value. At any time during the chosen term, the investor may sell the land to any
third party, including the rights to the annual interest and final payment.
The beneficial ownership
of the estate is acquired through a fixed term investment vehicle in either USD or GBP, specially designed and
administered by an internationally experienced legal and financial consultancy in the U.K. The legal
structure is secure and robust for most nationalities, and has been approved by government pension plans such as
the SIPP in the UK and the Self-Managed Pensions in Ireland.
The costs of farming,
management, taxes, fees, and any risks associated with fluctuating crop prices are borne by the management
company, not by the investors.

The investment is being
offered to high net worth private clients and consortia, institutional clients and financial intermediaries
around the world. Smaller investors may apply but need to be aware that returns may not be as high.
